1. Examine your heart and see your anger for what it is. Ask Gods forgiveness, if you harbor hatred or bitterness.
2. Admit to the reality of your hurt and other peoples responsibility for it.
3. Pray for Gods help you want to forgive those who have hurt you.
4.stop hurting those who have hurt you or acting out in retaliation.
5. Forgive the offending person in prayer. Does this every time feelings of bitterness or anger rise to the surface.
Practice does not make perfect no such thing. Practice makes consistent.
